Introduction

This document aims to document APIs made available to IMX France customers.

The public-facing URL for IMX web service is https://webservice.imxpostal.fr/smc/rpc/

The IMX Web Service can is available through JSON-RPC or XML-RPC protocols. It is very easy to directly write the body of the POST request, especially with JSON-RPC, but client libraries exist for most languages. For more information, see there (wikipedia).

The public-facing URL is only available for client interfaces using at least version 1.2 of TLS.

Authentification

To use the Web service, you need a login/password provided by IMX France. Please get in touch with your commercial contact to get them.

Features

• Announcement : Inform IMX about parcels you are about to send and get a PDF or ZPL label.
• Shipments : Inform IMX about shipments.
• Parcelshops : Lookup of parcelshops close to some address.
• Tracking : Tracking data about one parcel.
• Taxonomie HS10Code : Return Import and Export HS10Code of a product.
